This study aims to explore the current scope of practice of First Contact Practitioner roles and the current management of Rotator Cuff Related Shoulder Pain in primary care

Thank you for your interest in participating in this study. We are seeking UK based physiotherapists, who are currently working in First Contact roles in primary care to complete an online survey on their management of Rotator Cuff Related Shoulder Pain (RCRSP).

 

For the purpose of this survey, the term RCRSP is used. This is an over-arching term used to describe a spectrum of shoulder conditions including; sub-acromial pain syndrome, shoulder impingement, rotator cuff tendinopathy and symptomatic partial- and full-thickness rotator cuff tears (Lewis, 2016).

 

Ethical approval has been granted from University of Hertfordshire Health, Science, Engineering and Technology ECDA. The UH protocol number is HSK/PGT/UH/04950(1)
